Are you a Registered NDIS care provider?
We operate our business as an unregistered NDIS care provider. This means we are able to deal with self-managed or plan managed NDIS participants.
Are your products covered by my NDIS plan?
Yes! All of our products are covered for self-managed and plan managed NDIS participants.
How do I place an NDIS order?
There are two options for NDIS participants when purchasing our products.
Option 1: Purchase your items with your own money and request an invoice for reimbursement by your NDIS plan; or
Option 2: Use the NDIS order form and we will send an invoice to the supplied email/s and process your order.
Sign Language Resources
What dialect are your Auslan resources?
A majority of the signs provided in our resources are used Australia wide. For signs that have dialect variants, we include both Northern and Southern dialects where possible and label clearly which variant to use in which state.
Did you consult with the Deaf community to create your resources?
We have consulted with members of the deaf community throughout Australia, USA and UK as well as other native and qualified sign language users in order to provide the most accurate resources possible. We continue to get feedback on sign usage and language nuances in order to provide the best information we can.
Which sign language should I be learning?
We currently have resources for two different sign languages available to purchase. Auslan and ASL. Auslan is the official sign language of Australia so if you live in or plan to visit Australia, this is the language you should learn. ASL (American Sign Language) is the official sign language for the USA, so if you live in or plan to visit the USA, this is the language you should learn.
Shipping & Returns
Can I modify my order?
We all make mistakes sometimes! If you email us immediately, there is a possibility of us being able to edit your order before we send it out. Keep in mind that we aim to get orders out quickly so leaving it a few hours could make a big difference to our ability to help you.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Domestic deliveries can be expected within 3-6 business days but may take longer for remote areas. Please allow 14 business days for international deliveries.
Can I return my items?
We offer full refunds on all items for 14 days after delivery, providing they are undamaged and unused. Returns are subject to the cost of delivery by the purchaser.
My item is damaged. Can I get a refund/replacement?
We are happy to refund or replace any items that are faulty or have been damaged in the delivery process. Please get in touch via the Contact Us page or email us directly at hello@springtimeeducation.com.
